Let me tell you a (quick!) story:
It aaaaaall started out as a fitness programme to run in January to help combat my Winter Blues and act as a New Year re-set.
I've refined it over the years, with the help of students from my martial arts school (thank you, willing test subjects...) adding some things and taking others out.
At the start of last year I led a group of about 50 people online, and we all stepped up to the Challenge together.

How does the programme work?

The Challenge itself is made up of two main parts: the Tracking and the Workouts.

The Tracking is done every day where you rate your Sleep, Water, Food and Mood.

There's an optional section for a written gratitude (although it needs to be genuine and un-forced).

The Workouts are done 5x per week, and consist of bodyweight exercises and a Combo of the Day.

There are two tests to measure progress, one at the start of the programme, and one at the end.

These are the exact same workouts, done against the clock, so you can directly compare your 'before' time and 'after' time!

The rounds are intertwined between strength, conditioning and martial arts combos inspired by Filipino Martial Arts. Harry's constant encouragement helped to make it through even when at times it was tempting to skip a session. After completing the challenge I have continued on my own with a variation on the same theme which works great to do, for example, during a short lunch training session. The challenge is suitable for anyone that wishes to progress in martial arts or just want to exercise more but has no access to a gym. I know exactly what it's like to have a strong drive to train but very limited time.
Especially if I have to think up a workout when it's the end of the day and it's been one of those nights.
